Guess where we are?
Erik has written a wonderful letter for his classmates in France. One of the exercises to go with this letter is go to an American post office and ask for postage.
This is a short clip as my phone cut out but needless to say his trip to the post office was a success!
We then packed up some beach toys and headed to Lake City to visit the beautiful Lake Pepin with friends.

This was the first time I brought bubbles to the beach. It is the absolute best thing to bring. The children were mesmerized by them.

The sailboats started coming out and soon the water was filled with boats.
Lake City's riverboat, Pearl of the Lake, came in close to wave at the swimmers!
